Strategic Planning
Making an effective case for internationalization to donors and other stakeholders
Selecting and prioritizing your goals for internationalization
Designing systems for defining and measuring success
A good strategic plan begins with ambitious but realistic goals. How those goals are developed is just as important as the goals themselves: donors and other stakeholders expect to contribute, and they want to see how international activities will produce successful students and a stronger institution. Campus leaders need to create the systems for monitoring progress and assigning accountability.
